Eleven Madison Park chef and Bocuse d’Or competitor James Kent serves veal cheeks on the 12th stop of the All-Clad Chefs tour outside Bloomingdale’s in Huntington, Long Island. The community came out in large numbers to support the cooks and try the complimentary gourmet treat.

For two days, Momofuku Milk Bar pastry chef Christina Tosi spoiled New Yorkers with complimentary cake truffles in three flavors - chocolate, apple, or birthday cake. The All-Clad Chefs Tour was so pleased to host Christina and her fellow pastry chefs. It was a sweet experience, indeed. Thank you for letting us borrow her, Momofuku!

Elizabeth Karmel (aka “Grill Girl”) of Hill Country shares her secret to the perfect flank steak on the eighth stop on the All-Clad Chefs Tour. Thanks for coming out, Elizabeth!

Thanks to Chef Tosi and her great team (@momomilkbar) for being at our @allclad #foodtruck - we had a great time! on Flickr.

The lovely (and very talented!) chef Christina Tosi guest-cooked for 2 stops on the All-Clad Chefs Tour NYC, making her famous cake truffles. Here she is with her sous chefs and our Director of Culinary Relations in #SOHO.

Hugue Dufour and Sarah Obraitis of M. Wells fame served their famous veal brains to Long Island City residents at the waterfront this past Sunday. The crowd waited in anticipation for the Chefs Tour stop eight to open, and lined up to taste this uncommon dish. While Sarah and Hugue promised to reopen their doors, they did not disclose their new location.

Chef Hugue Dufour invites us to polish our saute skills with his Veal Brains Grenobloise recipe.

For the seventh stop on the All-Clad Chefs Tour, blogger Andrea Heisinger of Midtown Lunch joined us with some of her readers. The group met with Chef Marc Murphy, who served them his savory porchetta sandwiches.

The Meatball Shop owners Daniel Holzman and Michael Chernow use only All-Clad to cook their famous meatballs. Find out how New York’s famous Meatball Shop got its start in this short video for All-Clad Facebook fans.

The Meatball Shop owners Daniel Holzman and Michael Chernow joined All-Clad for its fifth stop on the All-Clad Chefs Tour, where they served up their famous meatballs (and some one-liners!)  outside Bloomingdale’s Bergen County. These guys definitely knew how to work a crowd!

Ravenous Libby joined us for the second stop of the All-Clad Chefs Tour at the Roosevelt Field Bloomingdale’s, where Gramercy Tavern’s Michael Anthony served up sumptuous Vietnamese home-smoked ham sandwiches then stayed to demonstrate how to cook the perfect egg crepe, topped with Maine crab. Thank you, Chef Anthony!
