  • Come prepared.  Do some research on the internet and know what product lines you are most interested in.  It will seem less daunting and more exciting!  
  • Take advantage of the people working at the sale by asking questions - they’re knowledgeable All-Clad staff!
  • Products are re-stocked throughout both sale days, however,come early if you are looking for something specific. Many items have limited quantities and we can’t guarantee availability.
  • Bring a basket, bag, or friend to help transport your stash!
  • Plan ahead for great gift finds: Do you have family members or friends buying their first home or planning a wedding? Need gifts for Father’s Day, birthdays or other holidays?
  • Create a wish list and budget, but be flexible. You may find something similar at a deeper discount or an unexpected bargain.
  • Bring a small snack and bottle of water… and get ready to shop til you drop!

Better Brunching with All-Clad

From February 14 to March 14, All-Clad fans will have a chance to participate in All-Clad’s Better Brunching contest for a chance to win a full All-Clad “Better Brunching Kitchen Kit.” The Grand Prize kit will include all the All-Clad staples you need to turn your brunch up a notch:  our brand-new tea kettle (just released this month!), an omelet pan, a two-slice toaster, a chef’s knife, a whisk, and a spatula. Cookware prizes will be available for runner-ups as well.

Now, for how you can win our Better Brunching Kit:

Share a photo of your ideal brunch at home, with a tea component to the dish on our Facebook wall (www.facebook.com/all-clad). Then, include a caption with photo that briefly explains what your brunch of champions consists of, why it’s your ideal meal, and how our new tea kettle can help take your brunch to new levels.

Participants must:

o   Be 21+ years of age

o   “Like” the All-Clad Facebook page to enter

o   Submit an original photo of the brunch spread they created on the All-Clad Facebook Page, which includes either a tea beverage or a component of the meal must be cooked with tea

o   Submit all entries by March 14, 11:59PM EST

The three contestants whose photos receive the most “Likes” will become our “People’s Choice Finalists” and a panel of three All-Clad Chef Ambassadors - Hugh Acheson, Nancy Oakes, and Marc Vetri - will vote on the Grand Prize winner!

Chef Marc Murphy is whipping up Moroccan couscous with golden raisins, slivered almonds and a merguez ragu with a mint and yougurt raitaat the Grand Tasting Pavillion using All-Clad’s Nonstick and Stainless Steel with Brushed d5 cookware lines.

Come by for a taste during the two Grand Tastings: 11:30am - 1:15pm  & 4:30 - 6:00pm.

Saturday, June 16

Chef Richard Rosendale is making Lobster burger with foie gras and truffle mayonnaise at the Grand Tasting Pavillion using the Bocuse d’Or cookware collection.

Grab a bite during the two Grand Tastings: 11:30am - 1:15pm  & 4:30 - 6:00pm.

Chefs Elizabeth Karmel, Sang Yoon and Ford Fry sat down with All-Clad last week to judge the two finalist blogger’s recipes:Linguine with White Clam Sauce by 4 The Love of Feasting and Blue Kitchen’s Pan Seared Lamb Chops with Lemon Caper Sage Butter. Sang Yoon commented on Blue Kitchen’s recipe, saying:

I think this recipe is [good] at leveraging the technology of the pan to achieve a good sear on the meat.  This blogger seems to have a good understanding of the cookware and what it’s supposed to do. (Chef Yoon on Blue Kitchen’s winning Lamb Chops)
